1. Are these vacations genuine? How can Coastal possibly sell such expensive travel packages for such an incredibly low price? Absolutely genuine I can assure you! Resorts and marketing companies have been selling similar vacation packages for over 25 years, and selling them at much higher prices. Nearly all hotels, resorts, condos, cruise lines, and airlines have vacancies on an ongoing basis. They rarely ever achieve 100% capacity and empty rooms or seats cost them money. Resorts, hotels, condos, cruise lines, or airlines will always reduce there rates and create special packages to attract customers to their companies. Reasons being they know and are betting on travelers will spend money in there restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, casinos, golf courses, spas, and on long distance, internet access, pay per view movies, and other recreation activities. Today many savvy travelers use promotional packages such as this for their vacations, saving thousands of dollars each year. First you have to understand how the Vacation & Travel Industry works. The price of a resort hotel, condo, stay, cruise, or an airline ticket depends entirely upon projected capacities and vacancy rates. This is basic supply versus demand economic principles that apply anywhere in the world. Another factor is that Coastal purchases in massive quantities like say a Wal-Mart. Travel companies also find that participating in Vacation Package programs is a viable form of "advertising" to bring in guests that will refer other people to there property and those same customers will become life long customers hopefully. 2. Mgmt is the fulfillment company Coastal Vacations hires to send out the various travel packages and certificates. They are used by many other top travel companies throughout the world, not just Coastal. They are strictly a fulfillment house and have no affiliation with Coastal Vacations. this isn't a scam and will be shut down tomorrow? 5. Where is the Coastal Call Center located at? Can I go visit it? The Coastal Call Center address is 1440 E. Southern Hwy Tempe, AZ 85282. Yes, by all means just call to set it up a time, they love meeting business owners from around the world. 6. What hours of operation does the Call Center take my prospects calls? The Call Center hours of
operation are 9am-7pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-4pm Friday (PST) If your
prospect calls in after hours they can leave a voicemail and a Business
Development Manager will call them back within 24 hours.
7. Why is this not MLM
(Multi-Level Marketing) ? Another characteristic
of MLM is that the company will most often hold your commission and
pay you after a period of time usually a month to wait. And in MLM,
only about 5% of people historically ever make a check, the other 95%
help them. With Coastal, you work for yourself, not for a company, or
an up line. Coastal will not send you a 1099 because they don't pay
you anything. You get paid first. And YOU keep what you earn, not someone
else! If a customer buys a $1295 travel package from you and they give
you a check you can go deposit the check the same day. Then you order
the package and send out the $295 via certified funds to the fulfillment
center and within 10-14 days the customer receives there package. You
never touched the product ever!
8. What exactly is direct selling? In its purest form, direct
sales or selling (As with Coastal Vacations) involves the sale of a
consumer product or service, person-to-person (Can also be online or
telephone person to person now), and away from a fixed retail location.
For which the qualified salesperson keeps the commission personally.
The profit from a sale is NOT shared with numerous or any other people.
These products and services are marketed to customers by independent
salespeople. Depending on the company, the salesperson may be called
a distributor, representative, account executive, reseller, wholesaler,
or various other titles.
9. I Do I have to quit
my job if I want to start my own Coastal business? 10. Let's say I'm not a salesperson - how can I be successful? There really is no selling involved.
You just educate and inform people on how to save money traveling for
life what could be easier? The Coastal call center has professional
full time Business Development Managers that do all the selling and
presentations for you. You just advertise and market that's all. You
can earn a couple of thousand dollars a week from home by placing ads
online and off waiting for people to call your voicemail, and then returning

20. Do they steal sales from people who do not call in under ID #? Absolutely and positively NO. If someone calls in and doesn't have or forgot the id number they will be instructed to go back to the website they got the number from or the advertisement that saw the ad in. If they still can't find it the rep will politely tell the person there sorry but they can't talk to them about the opportunity. This is a LONG TERM business and to do that takes the utmost integrity. 21. Does the Call Center end up teaching people to NOT work and be lazy? I teach you to work smart not
hard. I will teach you about marketing, sales, following up, automating
your business, organization, customer service, leveraging yourself,
how to interview someone, how to present this business, how to present
the product, and numerous other things. By having the call center you

22. Do they teach people NOT to sell on their own? NO, I teach people how to run
there own successful business and part of that is learning how to communicate
and interact with other people. I will teach you how to handle common

23. Does the Sales Center telemarket people and bother them? No, the staff at the Call Center
only call people that called them and there calling them back. They
usually schedule an appointment with the prospects and people really
look forward to the calls to get all there questions answered.
24. Is a sales center the best and only way to do a business? Yes, it's the best way if you're
going to market the business opportunity because you have a full time
professional sales force that works for you thus leveraging your time

25. Why don't reps start their own business? Why not just go out there and make $1,000-$6,500 commissions on their own? Great question. I'm not them

26. Does the call center accept credit cards for payment? No, you need to overnight a cashiers
check or money order to the Tempe, AZ USA office.
27. I don't even have $1995 right now? First of all I'm sorry to hear that. If you don't have even have $2,000 to your name what's going to happen if your car breaks down, you get laid off, your kid needs braces, you or someone in your family gets really sick or hurt? I accept PayPal, Storm Pay, and all major credit cards to help people get there businesses started right away. You must ask yourself, "If I don't make an immediate financial change in my life, where do I see myself in 6 months, 12 month, the rest of my life?" Where will making $1,000 to $2,000 or more a week put you in 6 months? Throughout history people that have a burning desire to attain something or start a business find a way somehow to find the money to start. People sell there cars (Very drastic move and I'm not saying to do this, but is it really that great of car anyways? LOL!), get a credit card (s), increase you credit cards limits, borrow against there 401K/retirement fund, take a home equity loan out, borrow from a lender, borrow from a friend/family, sell stuff they have, or go into partnership with someone one else to split the costs of doing business. Plus with the last option you will have an instant local support group and can brain storm together. 28. I need money
and don't like to travel. Can I still sell the Coastal travel packages?
29. Can I start my own Coastal business and not utilize the Call Center? Yes, the call center is just
a revolutionary option for business owners. Some people are good at
sales or a current or x-travel agent that don't want to use the Call
Center. But please realize if you are going to build a distributor organization
95% of people aren't good at and dislike sales unlike you and will become
another home based business fatality I'm afraid. I'm a highly trained
sales and marketing person but I still chose that option. I highly recommend
all the people that want to build a worldwide organization go this route.
The cost would then only be $1,295 not $1,995 as well.
30. Can I start my own Coastal business if I don't want to use the Call Center or EVER talk to anyone about the business opportunity side of Coastal? I see the huge potential in the retail side of the business. Yes, totally. Many business owners
have that same feeling and many Coastal business owners make multiple
6-figures doing just that worldwide. That's what makes Coastal such
a unique business you have so many options and mold it to your likes,
dislikes, strengths, and weaknesses. I personally do both. I personally
have two totally different business and marketing plans thus run each
opportunity within Coastal completely separate.
31. When I get my travel package what other costs are there if any? You will need to send a one time
payment of $25 US to N.B. Management to activate your (20) discount
membership cards. $55 US for international activation of your discount
membership cards. Then in the future if you want to activate certain
vacations the cost is only the $6.95 for shipping and handling.
32. How do I get paid if I want to go with the Call Center Business Package option? Checks are sent from the Call
Center by priority mail every week to you regardless of where you live
in the world. However if you sell a retail travel package the money
goes right to you then obviously. You can choose to accept checks, credit
cards, money orders, cashiers, or cash from your customers. This is
your business and you can run it anyway you like that's what makes the
Coastal business model so different. You then send N.B Management in
Kissimmee, FL (Fulfillment Center) either $295, $795, or $1,295 in the
form of a cashier's check or money order for the wholesale cost of the
various travel packages. (You must first have a director's release to
order though remember which you get with making two training sales).
33. If I start my business and invest initially at the $1995 (Basic Call Center Business Package) how much will it be to later invest up to the level 2 so I can make $3,000 and $3,205 commissions? To upgrade later and to qualify to make $3,205 for every Premier retail sale you make or $3,000 for every Premier Business Package someone invests at that you refer would be another $4,200. So you'll understand why I and most people invest right away into the Premier Business Package. How much does shipping cost for the travel packages if I live in the US or if I live in another country? Coastal for the first time in
