Absolutely genuine I can assure you! Resorts and marketing companies have been selling similar vacation packages for over 25 years, and selling them at much higher prices. Nearly all hotels, resorts, condos, cruise lines, and airlines have vacancies on an ongoing basis. They rarely ever achieve 100% capacity and empty rooms or seats cost them money. Resorts, hotels, condos, cruise lines, or airlines will always reduce there rates and create special packages to attract customers to their companies. Reasons being they know and are betting on travelers will spend money in there restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, casinos, golf courses, spas, and on long distance, internet access, pay per view movies, and other recreation activities.

Today many savvy travelers use promotional packages such as this for their vacations, saving thousands of dollars each year. First you have to understand how the Vacation & Travel Industry works. 7. Why is this not MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) ?

For one if it were I wouldn't be in it nor would most all the business owners that are now. Different from MLM, Coastal is simply a Direct Sales Company. MLM is a marketing system whereby a person builds a down line of distributors to sell a variety of products, and then splits the commissions throughout Multi-Levels. Most often in MLM, there are meetings to attend, monthly purchases, or qualifications required, and it usually takes a large down line in order to actually make any kind of decent income. With Coastal, there are no monthly purchases, no hyped up meetings to attend, and we don't split or share commissions EVER! As a director, when you make a sale, it's ALL yours! Our commissions don't decrease on lower levels, and since they're so large, you can earn significant profit almost immediately.

Another characteristic of MLM is that the company will most often hold your commission and pay you after a period of time usually a month to wait. And in MLM, only about 5% of people historically ever make a check, the other 95% help them. With Coastal, you work for yourself, not for a company, or an up line. Coastal will not send you a 1099 because they don't pay you anything. You get paid first. And YOU keep what you earn, not someone else! If a customer buys a $1295 travel package from you and they give you a check you can go deposit the check the same day.   2. Coastal Corporate is NOT a company but an ASSOCIATION of professionals all around the world who promote Travel, Affluence and Well-Being. There is no head office, no corporate entity or legal department. They have no real responsibility other than (Led by the B.O.D.) making sure the package continues to get better and for leading the marketing efforts of the field. The reason why we can earn such high profits of $1,000 3,205, & $9,705 per sale is because there is no company in place that requires high overhead. If this was the case then our commissions (not profits) would be considerable lower (as an entrepreneur looking at this business model--the fact that we are an association IS A HUGE PLUS)

18. Will sales center reps steal your sales or not give you credit for them?

All Sales Center Reps at Clear Business Solutions sign a non-compete agreement. These sales people are not in Coastal and the ONLY way they make money is buy making sales for you! The leads in your call center back office belong to the clients who referred them, not the call center. They are there for you to view on the www.wecloseyoursales.com website to see, so you know who is responding to your advertisements. The call center track where the leads are coming in from too, so a marketer knows how their advertising is pulling or not pulling. YOU can call those leads, work those leads on their own, or allow the call center staff to close the sales for them.  It's your personal choice of how involved you wish to become.

This is by far the best and simplest way to allow those who have a fear of selling or cannot sell to be able to do it with success without having to sell. First of all I'm sorry to hear that. Throughout history people that have a burning desire to attain something or start a business find a way somehow to find the money to start. People sell there cars (Very drastic move and I'm not saying to do this, but is it really that great of car anyways? LOL!), get a credit card (s), increase you credit cards limits, borrow against there 401K/retirement fund, take a home equity loan out, borrow from a lender, borrow from a friend/family, sell stuff they have, or go into partnership with someone one else to split the costs of doing business. Plus with the last option you will have an instant local support group and can brain storm together.

Yes, you can... I don't recommend anyone buy any of the travel packages that would not use the vacations in some way because like in any business you must "Be a product of the product". Most all the vacations can be transferred to someone else who then could utilize the savings. If for some reason you are unable to travel, you would have a powerful incentive package for friends or anyone who you would like to reward. Also, please recognize that you must first become a qualified director before you can purchase the product directly at wholesale and re-sell it for profit.

Checks are sent from the Call Center by priority mail every week to you regardless of where you live in the world. However if you sell a retail travel package the money goes right to you then obviously. You can choose to accept checks, credit cards, money orders, cashiers, or cash from your customers. This is your business and you can run it anyway you like that's what makes the Coastal business model so different. You then send N.B Management in Kissimmee, FL (Fulfillment Center) either $295, $795, or $1,295 in the form of a cashier's check or money order for the wholesale cost of the various travel packages. (You must first have a director's release to order though remember which you get with making two training sales).
